We are a small business roasting locally in Allentown, NJ. Our mission is to offer the best Fair Trade Organic coffee to our customers. We will roast on demand to make sure you have a freshly roasted cup of coffee everyday! Part of the proceeds of each bag sold will go t0 a wonderful local charity called "The Giveback Foundation". They focus on helping individuals in Central NJ and surrounding areas that have suffered a setback due to unforeseen circumstances. Every cup of coffee you drink will make a difference for someone in need!

the launch of the Bread & Bean.
Offering fair trade organic coffee to our customers is a must. So as an extension of that, it was vital for us to also offer organic sourdough that tastes great and is healthy for you. Thanks to our partnership with River Valley Community Grains, we are now offering 100% fresh-milled organic flour in all of our sourdough. They are a local NJ mill using a collaborative approach to grain production, encouraging farmers to use regenerative agricultural methods.
Our Story
There is nothing quite like enjoying that perfect cup of coffee. I decided to delve into the coffee roasting world after having my twin boys (Daniel and Oliver). My background had been mostly in finance. Once the kids arrived, I knew I needed a change. Being of Colombian decent, coffee is serious business in our home. Also being a yogi, overall health and well-being is my top priority.​ As an extension of that, I wanted to focus on roasting only quality beans that are organic and follow fair trade guidelines. ​The Roasted Bean Coffee Company will provide you with delightfully delicious coffee, freshly roasted to perfection. At the same time, we will work together to help the environment.

Just ordered the organic Dominican, "honey process", whole bean medium roast, 1 pound. Haven't had that "honey process" before, but have been curious about that, and the taste description sounds good. Appreciate the lower shipping cost ($5.50), especially compared to some other coffee companies, which can run two to three times that. I'll let you know how I like it, later.
