Organic Artisan Sourdough Bread

Sourdough bread is made using a natural fermentation

process with wild yeast and bacteria found in flour,

resulting in a distinctive tangy flavor and slightly chewy

texture, often characterized by a crispy crust and airy

crumb.

 

Ingredients: Organic Bread Flour, 100% freshly milled hard red wheat berries, filtered water, levain, sea salt.

  • Local Pickup/Deliveries on Fridays of each week

    Because of the nature of sourdough, it is a 2 day process.  Please place your order by Wednesday of each week in order to be ready for Friday bake days.
