Sourdough bread is made using a natural fermentation
process with wild yeast and bacteria found in flour,
resulting in a distinctive tangy flavor and slightly chewy
texture, often characterized by a crispy crust and airy
crumb.
Ingredients: 100% organic fresh milled hard red wheat berries, filtered water, levain, sea salt.

Our sourdough process includes a cold proof in addition to the necessary bulk fermentation. This extra step makes the bread easier to digest and better for your gut. Because of this, please kindly place your order by Wednesday of each week for Saturday bake days.

=> If you are in Allentown, delivery is FREE. Please provide shipping address. Standard delivery window is between 10-11am.
=> If you are outside of Allentown, please choose LOCAL PICKUP at Ivy on Main. Pickup window is between 10-2 pm every Saturday.

This sourdough loaf is firm and crisp on the outside without being too hard and inside it is moist without being doughy and flavorful. It makes a nice presentation, too. So pretty!
Every time I order bread from the roasted bean coffee co, my wife and I are always amazed. The bread is flavorful, package presentation is as good as the bread looks and tastes. I am a huge fan of the plain and cinnamon brown sugar because those are the only two I tried. You can’t go wrong with what you order, so try them all!
Good sourdough can be difficult to find and the roasted bean coffee co has it! Clean ingredients, homemade, delivered warm and fresh weekly! Hands down the best bread-we look forward to it each week. Thank you for making such an outstanding loaf.
The cinnamon raisin sourdough was way too good to resist. Soft, chewy, just the right hint of cinnamon and sweetness from the raisins—I kept going back for ‘just one more slice’ until the whole loaf was gone in 24 hours.
We loved the sourdough with fig and walnuts. It toasted beautifully and I melted some cheddar for that extra pop!
Looking forward to trying the plain and oatmeal/grain again.
