Sourdough bread is made using a natural fermentation process with wild yeast and bacteria found in flour, resulting in a distinctive tangy flavor and slightly chewy texture, often characterized by a crispy crust and airy crumb.
 
We use only fresh milled grains and cold ferment all of our sourdough an extra 1-2 days which means its better for your gut.
